REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy governs all consulting and advisory services provided by Ghost Traffic ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing any services from the Company, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Ghost Traffic provides professional information technology consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Payment infrastructure consulting

  • Technology strategy consulting

  • System architecture planning

  • Integration consulting

  • Cloud infrastructure advisory

  • Digital transformation consulting

  • Technical assessments

  • IT project advisory services

Due to the customized and intellectual nature of these services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Technology assessments

  • Infrastructure reviews

  • Architecture planning

  • Consulting sessions

  • Technical recommendations

  • Strategic advisory services

  • Integration planning

  • Digital transformation consulting

  • Technical documentation

  • Project management consulting

Once resources have been allocated and work has begun, the Company incurs labor, administrative, and operational costs that cannot be recovered.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances.

3.1 Duplicate Payments

If a Client accidentally submits duplicate payments for the same invoice or service, the duplicate amount may be refunded following verification.

3.2 Services Not Yet Started

If no work has commenced and no resources have been allocated, the Client may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment.

3.3 Inability to Deliver Services

If the Company determines that it cannot provide the contracted services due to operational limitations, a full or partial refund may be issued at the Company's sole discretion.

4. Partial Refunds

Where work has already commenced, the Company may issue a partial refund based on:

  • Services completed

  • Time invested

  • Resources utilized

  • Administrative costs incurred

  • Third-party expenses incurred

The Company reserves the right to retain payment for all work completed prior to the refund request.

5. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured around milestones:

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Approved deliverables are considered accepted and earned.

  • Refund requests may only apply to future milestones that have not yet commenced.

6. Client Delays and Interruptions

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Failure to provide requested information

  • Failure to provide necessary access

  • Delayed approvals

  • Delayed feedback

  • Scope changes requested by the Client

  • Failure to respond to project communications

7. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of business strategy

  • Internal organizational changes

  • Budget constraints

  • Preference changes

  • Cancellation after work has commenced

8. Third-Party Costs

Ghost Traffic is not responsible for refunding expenses associated with third-party providers including:

  • Cloud services

  • Hosting providers

  • Domain registrations

  • Software licenses

  • API providers

  • External vendors

Such expenses are non-refundable once incurred.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact the Company before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal.

The Company reserves the right to provide supporting documentation including:

  • Contracts

  • Invoices

  • Statements of Work

  • Project communications

  • Consulting deliverables

  • Technical documentation

to banks, payment processors, financial institutions, or dispute resolution entities.

10. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

The request must include:

  • Client name

  • Invoice number

  • Date of payment

  • Amount paid

  • Detailed explanation of the request

11. Review Period

Refund requests are generally reviewed within ten (10) to thirty (30) business days.

Additional information may be requested during the review process.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Traffic shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Data loss

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Final Determination

All refund decisions are made solely by Ghost Traffic after review of the relevant circumstances.

The Company's determination regarding refund eligibility shall be final.
