6. Client Responsibilities

7. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees specified in invoices, agreements, proposals, or Statements of Work.

Payments are due according to agreed payment terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary materials remain the property of Ghost Traffic.

9. Client Materials

The Client retains ownership of information, documentation, and materials provided to the Company.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the course of an engagement.

11. Third-Party Services

Ghost Traffic may recommend or interact with third-party technologies or providers.

The Company is not responsible for third-party products, services, policies, or performance.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with website operations

  • Introduce malicious software

  • Misuse website resources

13. Suspension of Services

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Client-provided information

  • Client misuse of services

  • Violations of applicable laws

18. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.

21. Changes to Terms

Ghost Traffic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
